I knew that I did not have the skill or experience set to fix my problem with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. Yusef was quick to respond to my request for help. I really can not say enough good things about my experience with his help. I would like his recommendation on anti virus software to replace my Norton 360 ..

As I stated above if he would recommend some antivirus software to replace my Norton 360.

He took his time setting both up and only terminated the call when he was certain that everything functioned well and I was able to use the computer properly. I would trust him with any future calls I might have to make and I will certainly recommend him to my friends if they need computer help.

I know Randall from other visits he has made to fix my computer. I feel comfortable with him and he doesn't mind me watching what he does. He answers all of my questions as they occur to me and we make decisions together. There were no surprises let me say and he was helpful when it came time to decide. I kind of expected what might be happening with my machine and am glad he was there to confirm my suspicions. He helped me with suggesting the parameters I need to use in replacing my ancient computer.
