Nerds On Site is FANTASTIC.

Sylvester has been our special nerd for many years, and we have recommended him to many friends. He is often in the topic of conversation when we get together, everyone so grateful for his expertise and pleasant demeanour.

There was some difficulty with my phone blocking phone calls during the scheduling process. I appreciated the extra effort and perseverance of Francis at Nerds on Site to make sure my appointment was scheduled and walk me through steps to minimize the difficulty.

The service I continue to get from Francis is remarkable. He makes life easier and more enjoyable and he can take a joke when I tease him! lol

Paul continues to be awesome in his job. He is one of the reasons I still use Nerds despite being in another province.

Ross was knowledgeable and efficient in addressing my issues and explained what and why he was doing certain things. New needs were identified as he was here which he addressed. He helped me remotely the following day with a glitch. I very much appreciated his help.

Quick and clear communication. They understand what is needed and are clear on their process.
