I'm a technophobe and Randall has probably forgotten more than I will ever know about computers. He's also very personable, efficient, and can understand what my problem is, even if it's not really a problem except to me. He also looks at and fixes stuff I wasn't even aware of to make the computer work better for me.

Randall was quick to respond to my request, made an appointment at my house. I have been experiencing constant issues with outlool inking to my printer. Randall suggested Iuse gmail for my inbox and that is now my practice. Also, he suggested ways I cut down on subscriptios that I never use and to reduce the number of items in my file folders. I find internet spedd to be much quicker now,

My old laptop gave up the first time he came he told ne it wouldn't update. It was 10 years old.I bought a new one today he came and hooked it up for me. He showed me how to find everything on it from my old laptop I was so happy 😊 😃
