Robert has been our Nerd for years. He is also a friendly guy who comes to our home once a year to service our PC and advise us on any cell phone problems. We had lunch together. He is excellent value for money.

I am always amazed at how insightful Randall is about what is happening when there is a problem with my computer system, and how he is able to spot related problems that I was not even aware of while he is attending to the main problem with which I asked for his help. Today, what he did will save me about 20 minutes per each invoice I submit online every day. That adds up over the day! That was a complete bonus over and above the issue he solved with my "corrupted" Adobe program!

Never displeased with Randall's work! I always come away learning new things. He was so busy it took a while for me to connect with him this time, but Nerds On Site tracked him down. Turns out he was just working very hard to keep up with demands for his help from his other clients, and didn't have time to get back to me.
