Okoli listened carefully and provided the assistance and tips I needed. I had a stroke last year (May 2025) causing a bit of difficulty for me to clearly communcate to him the help I sought. He allowed me time and opportunity to sort through my thoughts and ask my questions with occasional and appropriate prompts and queries by Okoli to ascertain what I wanted. Okoli was very pleasant and patient.

In the midst of a computer crash when I was dealing with some other stressors, my Nerd responded quickly, helped me.

My nerd saw that I was not just struggling with my computer issue, but also with an unrelated transportation issue that proved to be crucial to resolving the dual difficulty I faced. He cleaned and restored my computer so I could complete my tasks for my clients. I am so very grateful!

Paul was amazing and his services was incredible. He was patient, assisted with all our questions and concerns and went well above the call of duty to make sure we were provided with everything we absolutely needed. Henry was the consumate professional. He advised what he was going to do prior to effecting any repairs and sought my permission to repair. He kept me appraised of what he was doing during the repair process. Although he was able to temporarily repair the problem the bad news was that he believed the hard drive was corrupted and the most prudent option would be to purchase a new computer. He inquired of me what my primary computer use was and then advised what I would be better served in purchasing. As I said, the consumate professional.

The technician, who was prompt, patient and courteous, solved the issue of my non working printers. As he worked he explained what he was doing. He also took the time to have me try the various steps once the printers were functioning correctly.
