Luis was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with a senior citizen who has only a modicum of understanding of computers. He did everything I could have hoped for and more. My grandchildren are also appreciative that they don't have to spend hours on the phone trying to explain how to execute programs and download photos. My entire family is pleased!

My computers are now organized and streamlined to be more useable.

Michael made himself available on short notice to attend to the issue I was having. He worked diligently to try to identify the source of the problem and come up with a solution. Within a couple of hours, the computer was back up and running normally.

Luis arrived exactly when he said he would and spent the time to listen to our problems. Then he made the appropriate fixes and explained what he was doing in language we understood
