I am always amazed at how insightful Randall is about what is happening when there is a problem with my computer system, and how he is able to spot related problems that I was not even aware of while he is attending to the main problem with which I asked for his help. Today, what he did will save me about 20 minutes per each invoice I submit online every day. That adds up over the day! That was a complete bonus over and above the issue he solved with my "corrupted" Adobe program!

Never displeased with Randall's work! I always come away learning new things. He was so busy it took a while for me to connect with him this time, but Nerds On Site tracked him down. Turns out he was just working very hard to keep up with demands for his help from his other clients, and didn't have time to get back to me.

Rudolph is a real professional. The company can really be proud to have such an employee.

Okoli listened carefully and provided the assistance and tips I needed. I had a stroke last year (May 2025) causing a bit of difficulty for me to clearly communcate to him the help I sought.
