Besides marrying my husband, hiring Jens Corliss via Nerds on Site to set up my new computer was the 2nd best decision I've made in my life!!! Jens was absolutely fantastic! On time and knew what was required.

Nerds On Site help application needs to be changed from Gabriel. No response to pointing out that emails sent to Gabriel are not being investigated on your server.

Henry was reliable and prompt, calling exactly at the scheduled time. He made sure everything was working properly, including arranging a quick follow-up when needed so my work wasn’t delayed. He was personable and helped put me at ease about granting remote access to my machine. Initially, I expected in-home service, and given the usual concerns about sharing access or sensitive information, the situation felt a bit nerve-wracking. However, Henry handled everything professionally and reassured me throughout the process.
