Great job, efficiently completed, and Paul was very pleasant.

I was "roped" in by someone claiming they were from Bell Canada (our internet supplier) and were calling to update my service to 5G. I let them access my computer. I soon felt uncomfortable, called Mark and he informed me that Bell never has to access the computer. He immediately dialed in and cleared all their "remnants".

Now have issues with some functions in mail such as copying codes etc not working and unable to carry out certain functions in Excel such as interting lines etc
