Randall got back to me in short time, focussed on my issues and gave me the solutions in short order. It ws a pleasure.

Great job, efficiently completed, and Paul was very pleasant.

I was "roped" in by someone claiming they were from Bell Canada (our internet supplier) and were calling to update my service to 5G. I let them access my computer. I soon felt uncomfortable, called Mark and he informed me that Bell never has to access the computer. He immediately dialed in and cleared all their "remnants".

Michael was very professional and thorough. Fixed our problem and went further to remove unwanted and unnecessary apps. Taught us a new means of identifying documents for attachments which was very helpful. Highly recommend !

George explained every step in layman’s terms, so I understood as he worked on cleaning my laptop.

Initially, I was put off by the expense for the work required, but it was well worth it as besides the clean up, I also learned how to avoid future issues. George worked remotely to clear the system so that I didn’t have to leave my home to do so. Thank you!
