Robert, our Nerd for almost 20 years is simply the best. He not only fixes our computer problems but gives us helpful advice so two seniors can navigate the tech world safely. We lean on him continually and he has never failed to respond in a friendly manner. When he retires we will dispose of all our computer hardware and software and revert back to the 1950s.

My Nerd arrived on time after giving me a call to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he said 'hello, nice to see you'. We went to my computer and I told him my issues. He proceeded to show me what I had done wrong and how the right way should be done. We did this several times and then he told me to do it myself. I did and all was fixed and I was able to proceed with my work I needed to do on the computer. Very efficient instructions.
