Randall was very professional, polite and really listened to my concerns and what I wanted done to my computer. He spoke in a way that I could fully understand. It was the best experience I have ever had with an IT specialist. He fixed all the problems within a reasonable time period and stayed true to his word about timing and pricing.

was responsive in arriving

2 hours and no resolution and over $ 200 in cost with no explanation of what might be happening . He did suggest a follow-on step involving wiping the computer contents after saving on a pen drive but I m not confident that the problem is understood (I have resolved some of the problems and will not be proceeding further with Nerds on this Problem)
