Michael listened well, patiently, helped sort through a confusion of problems that I couldn't articulate. Ansered questions and solved issues around security setting, printing, logging in, file history, cloud control, items to delete, how to proceed with data backup, firewalls, google drive, sync, and was able to copy my contacts list from Shaw email to add to my GMail account. He is clear in explanations and found alternate ways to explain when I couldn't understand. He had to work remotely because there are no nerds where I live, and it was seamless. Better even, as we could easily track what each of us were pointing at, not just looking over a shoulder.

NOS provided technical support that far exceeded what I have accessed locally either by having someone come to my computer or work on my computer in their own shop. In past, it's been confusing for me to receive my computer back with changes made that I can't see or understand until I run into them afterwards. Also, more than one tech person in past has been unable to explain or show me why problems are experienced or to understand how I want my computer to function for my needs.

Simon was on time and on point. He worked through an unusual glitch on my I phone 6 Pro, and once identified, came up with an easy and workable solution. Will recommend to others. Robert

we have used Barry Ball as our maintanence person over the past many years and we also have him to our home to set up a few new laptops/tablets we have purchased along the way...We are every elderly customers at his point iyet he is very patient with us and goes above and beyond in his helpfulness every time....Our hope is that Barry is willing to keep us as his own customers for the rest of our lives.
