My Nerd arrived on time after giving me a call to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he said 'hello, nice to see you'. We went to my computer and I told him my issues. He proceeded to show me what I had done wrong and how the right way should be done. We did this several times and then he told me to do it myself. I did and all was fixed and I was able to proceed with my work I needed to do on the computer. Very efficient instructions.

I'm an older repeat customer with annoying small problems, possibly consider a repeat customer business discount?
Referred my mom to your services, she lives in an expensive care facility in Toronto.
Mom said there are several residents that have complained about "problems" with their PC's, may be a revenue stream you should investigate.
