Problem with desktop was diagnosed very quickly - faulty mouse. The iPad issue took a little longer but was still completely resolved.

Angela was fantastic. She listened to our problem and quietly went off and fixed it. In addition she was friendly and personable. Should we have future issues (hopefully not ) we would definitely ask for her.

I personally had little knowledge of computers after owning no less than 20 high end laptops that failed after warranty period and thought this one was the same, I thought this one was the same. It was. But I took a chance with nerds on site. Now I have a working computer and I have a vast knowledge. the of computers. The cost to me was about 15 dollars per hour. They love their work.

I would relive this experience in a heartbeat.

Not always punctual. Forgot to do a download required for my job. Failed to give me back the data disk I had given him, and failed to take away with him the external drive onto which he had downloaded my data.
