Randall was very pleasant and knowledgeable . He took the time to tell me what he was doing as he was doing it, persisted with problems he found until they were right, and re-checked everything he did, going to each electronic device that the problem would affect to make sure all devices were correct and ready to go.

Randall is extremely patient and able to get all computers interacting with eachother properly. He is completely competant and knows what he is doing. He makes my job very easy.

Henry really is an excellent employee. He helped me immensely, over and above his duty i am sure. He really is what a model employee should be. not just about the pay cheque for Henry, his customer really is important to him!
