Henry was the consumate professional. He advised what he was going to do prior to effecting any repairs and sought my permission to repair. He kept me appraised of what he was doing during the repair process. Although he was able to temporarily repair the problem the bad news was that he believed the hard drive was corrupted and the most prudent option would be to purchase a new computer. He inquired of me what my primary computer use was and then advised what I would be better served in purchasing. As I said, the consumate professional.

Michel is terrific and always really helpful in sorting out our computer issues. He also is good at explaining what he is doing--has to do and honestly at 75 yrs and 81yrs(us) we are so happy with his work and his patience! Trust me--we were way before computers and they are getting more and more tetchy for people like us!!

Christopher Rose always provides excellent service for our computer. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Having a computer serviced and kept up to date is important I trust Christopher to do this. He is honest and trustworthy.... extremely important. I have learned a lot about a computer with his ability to teach me and have patience. So glad he is there to help and provide this expertise.

The contact worked through my mistake and overcame my lack of internet knowledge, Once he got on to my computer he corrected the mistake and got me back on to my email and Google.

when my system was reset it was on Google Chrome & not the Micro Soft I had been using for years, I didn't quite "get it" until the tech came back to go thru it all with me what I wasn't "getting", all is good now, absolutely wonderful, helpful tech - Bern & I HIGHLY recommend Nerds On Site, you will not be disappointed
