Communication from Nerds On-Site throughout the whole process was excellent. My technician, Ademola, phoned me to let me know he'd be a bit late. After he got here he did a great job cleaning my computer and replacing the heat paste. He was also very personable, something that is important when working in private homes.

Would have like to see your pricing a bit more reasonable - perhaps based on whether they come to your house or remotely, also how much time it takes them on 'your computer' issues - I realize that at times they likely work on a couple (few) at the same time.
