Luis is fantastic....This is the second time we have had him help our family. He explains everything that needs to be done and follows through quickly and efficiently. He is good about giving suggestions like, " Your passwords are too easily hacked" and then explains how hackers use programs to figure out what you use for passwords. He reassures you that problems can be solved and is willing to help you learn more about your computer. I would highly recommend Nerds On Site!

I phoned Geek Squad as I've enlisted their extra few times in the past. It seemed that their momentum was in the negative with a focus on getting potential projects brought into their service center as apposed to in home services. They said the quickest they could get someone on site would be over a week away. I phoned Nerds on Site- their whole communication was that of a company that wanted to get me and my computer problems solved. They asked my address- I told them - they had Randall who apparently was somewhere close, phone me. Randall made room for me within about four hours - came to my place of business- and solved my problems. He then made a suggestion to protect my files in the future-executed the suggestion and away he went. Everything looked after and I could continue with production. Service and skill could not have been better.

John Hart is a godsend to me. I am so analog and he always helps me solve my problems. The convenience of remote service is wonderful and John even helped me on Sunday. I hope I didn't ruin his day of rest.

Michael, was his usual fantastic but the big sale was that our issue blew up and we needed help right away. Michael ( I call the Saviour) again took the call. he made extra time for us and fixed our printer issues ( caused by the ROGERS installer). he was in and out within the time and was off to the next job.. Did I mention that this was all done after the dinner hour.. Michael the saviour to the rescue.. he is our main man!!

Yes. Dave Dittmer is wonderful at explaining everything thoroughly. I wouldn't want anyone else. He helps me understand, which I have difficulty in technology. I am old school and still learning. That is why I call Dave to come and help, when I need it. Dave is so knowledgeable, no matter what product you have. He is the best!

Luis was: patient when he explained things to me; considerate when he did things that made it easier for me; knowledgeable in everything tech, including things that unexpectedly cropped up; & his easy-going friendliness put my tech experience at ease. (Tech does the opposite for me.)

I would recommend Luis for any tech issues.

You did great. He arrived at Amica to my room and introduced himself and I had no trouble communicating with him. Very personable and friendly . I relaxed immediately and felt very comfortable with him. As I explained my situation he listened quietly and we discussed what needed to happen. He answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand and appreciate how I could use them. The last few months of my life have been very stressful and he alleviated much of that stress. He is very easy to talk to and ask questions. So I asked a lot and he change numerous looks in the email system that just made it much more easy to understand what I was looking at. For example, he added the day that the email was delivered not just the date. He was also very patient with some of the customers he had to talk to and we ended up getting all the changes we needed for me to be operational.

Also was wonderful to meet and great to know where he is and I can contact him again.

Flix is a stellar employee that anyone would enjoy meeting and be totally satisfied with their end product. He presents himself as very approachable and confident. I really appreciated that as IT is not an area that I have really progressed in over my working life. I do what I need to complete my work. So for me, am not afraid to ask him any questions.
