Felix was fantastic, but the charge was like a top downtown lawyer’s charge. He did a very good job though. On his recommendation I order a WiFi Network Adapter. As soon as it’s delivered, I will find out if my problem will be solved.

Like I mentioned, my connection problem was not solved during the time Felix was here. After checking my computer he suggested I needed a wifi network adapter. If that works when plugged in, and my computer is connected, then I will rate the service a Felix No. 1
