I was very pleased with my first-ever contact with Nerds On Site. Things moved very quickly. Michael Dias contacted me shortly after I requested an appointment online. He gave me virtually the first appointment available after the long weekend, called to let me know that he was on his way but stuck in traffic, quickly got on with fixing all of the issues I was having and provided some general advice on keeping my computer equipment safe and current. He is clearly a very capable nerd and did his best to explain the problems I was having in a manner that this senior citizen could understand. I was glad that I contacted Nerds on Site for this work and look forward to using their services as required going forward.

My technician, Angela, was very efficient in the way she fixed the problem, and answered my questions. I have had Mark Cassanto help me before when I had laptop issues. This time my printer stopped working and I called Mark to see if he could/would help me. I've come to rely on Bern and Nerds On Site for all my technology needs. I never have to wait long for a response (usually within an hour) and he is prompt to come over and assist at my home.
He's come to know me very well and always has a large Tim Horton's coffee and Timbits when he arrives. My dog also get so excited to see him because he knows there is a treat in his jacket for him.
