The technician, who was prompt, patient and courteous, solved the issue of my non working printers. As he worked he explained what he was doing. He also took the time to have me try the various steps once the printers were functioning correctly.

Henry was the consumate professional. He advised what he was going to do prior to effecting any repairs and sought my permission to repair. He kept me appraised of what he was doing during the repair process. Although he was able to temporarily repair the problem the bad news was that he believed the hard drive was corrupted and the most prudent option would be to purchase a new computer. He inquired of me what my primary computer use was and then advised what I would be better served in purchasing. As I said, the consumate professional.
I would highly recommend you service for any computer problems.
