Randall set up my new laptop last week. I was completely satisfied. However, due to the installation of Office 365 and a few other issues not connected to his work last week, I called him and asked him to do a remote review of my problems. He responded quickly and did the remote solving my problems.

I have more issues to work through. It’s hard for me to identify some of repeating tech issues. Do you have a basic list I could work from? Common issues that I can’t express that occur when I'm working and try to make a note but don’t know how to articulate the problem. Felix was really good in helping me by understanding what happened even ifs just weird. Like MS always butting in with Bing and Gemini and waste my time trying to get rid of them. And why I suddenly have no internal microphone when I did before. Felix said it’s the Windows 11 version. Stupid MS! Any info you send to my email is valuable. I don’t go on your site to look for things but I will now take a look.
