I have more issues to work through. It’s hard for me to identify some of repeating tech issues. Do you have a basic list I could work from? Common issues that I can’t express that occur when I'm working and try to make a note but don’t know how to articulate the problem. Felix was really good in helping me by understanding what happened even ifs just weird. Like MS always butting in with Bing and Gemini and waste my time trying to get rid of them. And why I suddenly have no internal microphone when I did before. Felix said it’s the Windows 11 version. Stupid MS! Any info you send to my email is valuable. I don’t go on your site to look for things but I will now take a look.

Michael, was his usual fantastic but the big sale was that our issue blew up and we needed help right away. You did great. He arrived at Amica to my room and introduced himself and I had no trouble communicating with him. Very personable and friendly . I relaxed immediately and felt very comfortable with him. As I explained my situation he listened quietly and we discussed what needed to happen. He answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand and appreciate how I could use them. The last few months of my life have been very stressful and he alleviated much of that stress. He is very easy to talk to and ask questions. So I asked a lot and he change numerous looks in the email system that just made it much more easy to understand what I was looking at. For example, he added the day that the email was delivered not just the date. He was also very patient with some of the customers he had to talk to and we ended up getting all the changes we needed for me to be operational.

Also was wonderful to meet and great to know where he is and I can contact him again.

Flix is a stellar employee that anyone would enjoy meeting and be totally satisfied with their end product. He presents himself as very approachable and confident. Luis is fantastic....This is the second time we have had him help our family. He explains everything that needs to be done and follows through quickly and efficiently. He is good about giving suggestions like, " Your passwords are too easily hacked" and then explains how hackers use programs to figure out what you use for passwords. He reassures you that problems can be solved and is willing to help you learn more about your computer. I would highly recommend Nerds On Site!

Professional, helpful, patient

I phoned Geek Squad as I've enlisted their extra few times in the past. It seemed that their momentum was in the negative with a focus on getting potential projects brought into their service center as apposed to in home services. They said the quickest they could get someone on site would be over a week away. I phoned Nerds on Site- their whole communication was that of a company that wanted to get me and my computer problems solved. They asked my address- I told them - they had Randall who apparently was somewhere close, phone me. Randall made room for me within about four hours - came to my place of business- and solved my problems. He then made a suggestion to protect my files in the future-executed the suggestion and away he went. Everything looked after and I could continue with production. Service and skill could not have been better.
