Knowing that Randall has given my PC a check over now and again gives me a feeling of confidence that all is well and operating as it should be. I enjoy him and rely on his advice. I will need him to help me soon when I purchase a new laptop to get everything moved over for me. My Dad relied on Nerds and so do I.

Randall explained the changes in the system so I would know how to use Windows 11 successfully and said to get in touch anytime I ran into a problem. That kind of service is hard to find these days and I appreciate his help. Thanks so much.

Bern was quick to arrive at our home and take care of our enetertainment system. He had everything sorted out in no time at all. He then helped us to negotiate with Shaw and Telus a better deal for our satellite, internet and mobility services. My husband and I are older and not technical. Bern took the time to listen to us and was so pleasent and cheerful. He explained everything in terms we could understand.We were happy to pay the bill but we felt he was worth far more than what he charged us. We were lucky to find Nerds On Site and have a chance to deal with such a honest and reputatble company.
